Paul, who played his college football at Baylor, was drafted by the Los Angeles Rams in the 1st round of the 1959 draft. Paul played for the Rams 1959, the expansion Dallas Cowboys 1960, the expansion Minnesota Vikings 1961-70 and the St. Louis Cardinals 1971.
